The complexity and tremendous stress of today’s life have increased the likelihood of being stuck in an unpleasant situation or workplace or relationship burnout. The chronicity of these experiences would lead us to more serious mental health conditions. It takes courage and effort to acknowledge and address our issues and seeking counselling paves the way for a confident and meaningful experience in solving emotional and situational problems.

I use holistic, individualistic, humanitarian, and client-centered approaches throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. Believing that clients are their own lives’ experts, I try to be their fellow traveller on their counseling journey.

My goal in therapy is to create a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment and a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients to empower them to reach their goals in counseling.
